Back Day 6 : Fljótavik - Látravik
For this last day, on my way to Hesteyri to take the return ferry the next moring.
I started with a walk on the white sand beach of Látravík.
In the background, Ritur cliffs ( 482m ) on the right and to the left Skáladalsbjarg.
On the way to Hesteyri, beautiful desert landscapes. Here Búrfell.
Stone poles with in the bottom Straumnesfjall.
Back to civilization with a highway for this region.
Hesteyri! The end of the trip ( and the largest hamlet in Hornstrandir with a dozen houses )

The next morning, waking up in the clouds. But with beautiful views on Hesteyri with Kagrafell mountain in the background.
